“Green” paper plates.
I find amusement in greenwashed packaging. These Green Label paper plates are a great example: the brand name has “green” in it, but upon closer inspection, the plates contain 0% recycled content (post-consumer waste or otherwise). There were no other signs of any effort to reduce the environmental impact from their production and use.
However, they are “economical and convenient.”
