On a trip to the store, I ran across EcoDrink. Ah, I love jumped-on-the-greenwagon packaging. Please note the excellent usage of the recycling symbol in the logo, as well as the color green peppered throughout. After reading all of the packaging, I still don’t understand why this should be called EcoDrink.
I find amusement in greenwashed packaging. These Green Label paper plates are a great example: the brand name has “green” in it, but upon closer inspection, the plates contain 0% recycled content (post-consumer waste or otherwise).
